I think I found a solution - just compile kernel without applying __target/linux/generic/patches-4.4/**465-m25p80-mx-disable-software-protection.patch**__ as suggested [[http://github.com/openwrt/openwrt/issues/518|here]].

Can anybody explain what this patch really changes and why should not be applied in stable branch?

Maybe it is worth to mention that this device has __mx25l25635**f**__ flash chip on board.
