Making iperf tests using a wpj344 connected to a fast ethernet switch, uplink WiFi traffics get stuck over 10Mbps, meanwhile, the download reaches 80Mbps.
With exactly the same setup, just changing fast ethernet to giga switch, both (up/down)link reach 80Mbps.

It seems to be a flow control problem.
