Indeed.  It looks like it's as simple as a missing IF_NC_SERVER() around the ":ll" opt_complementary in the getopt32 call in nc_bloaty.c.  I do not have an easy way to push this upstream; as it stands, I've folded it into my running divergences at https://github.com/nwf/lede/commit/62866f52eace2b130749fcc673ad5ea856b5a76d#diff-ab1301d57625bbb25d4c12d717484c63
