[FS#1029] mwan3 fails to turn off routing through offline interface

The following task has a new comment added:

FS#1029 - mwan3 fails to turn off routing through offline interface
User who did this - Mauro Mozzarelli (ezplanet)

further on the above when issuing the following command:

# mwan3 ifdown dmz (or wan)

luci shows the interface as online green, tracking whilst 

# mwan3 status

shows the interface as offline, tracking down correctly
