Details - Hello I recently got a ARV7506PW11 router, and (trying to) follow the instructions at https://wiki.openwrt.org/toh/arcadyan/arv7506 and https://wiki.openwrt.org/toh/arcadyan/arv752dpw I rebooted the router into recovery mode, tried to upgrade using the lede-17.01.4-lantiq-xway-ARV7506PW11-squashfs-sysupgrade.bin firmware and the recovery UI gave me an error preventing the upgrade. Is it just not possible to flash from the recovery mode? I don't have a serial cable yet, posting this here because I don't know if it's a bug or not I'm still kinda new to this whole thing.

LEDE release: 17.01.4
Steps to reproduce: boot router into recovery mode and try to flash using the released version
Version shown in the recovery page: 1.06.05
