[FS#818] l/tmp/hosts/dhcp.cfg does not map IPv6 ULA addresses

Details - Latest trunk is being used.

localhost is mapped to 127.0.0.1 and [::1]. But LEDE is mapped to 192.168.1.1 by default. The IPv6 ULA address is not.
