Your issue is the 32MB W25Q256 flash chip as I explained it on [[https://github.com/lede-project/source/pull/620#issuecomment-295401936|GitHub]]. 

Since it is the result of a hardware modification done wrong (8MB flash chip is normally used), I'll close the ticket as invalid.
