Update: the error-message is not present in the logs, up to now.
So, I assume the problem I had, is gone when using 2.77 rc3.

@Kevin Darbyshire-Bryant, I'm using dnscrypt-proxy, these lines are in dhcp:

list server '127.0.0.1#5353'
list server '127.0.0.1#5454'
list server '/0.nl.pool.ntp.org/8.8.8.8'
list server '/1.nl.pool.ntp.org/8.8.8.8'
list server '/2.nl.pool.ntp.org/8.8.8.8'
list server '/3.nl.pool.ntp.org/8.8.8.8'

I guess that is a "yes" to your question?
