Ah yes, that's right, sorry.
It still seems like there would be a better way to handle this though, like hiding the "Source port" and "Destination port" boxes if neither TCP nor UDP is selected and ignoring any ports specified in such a rule. The current behavior is to create a separate iptables rule for each port specified even if the protocol doesn't use ports, which could be confusing even to users who should know better (like me).
