Please clarify which device you are having issue with.

I guess by "Xiaomi 7628" you actually mean the "Xiaomi MiWiFi Nano" support.  It's a device with MediaTek MT7628 SoC and 64MB memory.  The MemTotal result in the screenshot you posted was correct.   The version in the screenshot r3677-181bc02 is from the master branch, not lede-17.01.

Please provide at least bootlog of the H5661A device with firmware version information.
