[FS#639] on TPlink CPe210 factory will not be accepted

Details - I just tried to flash some TP-Link CPE210 (EU) v1.1 with LEDE 17.01

After upload a message comes up in vendor-firmware saying "Failure".
I tested with current snapshot: works (messagebox asking for "keep settings", "revert settings" or "cancel" comes up)
