Board: pc engines APU 1

**In 17.01.1 the apu uses**

  * eth0 for wan
  * eth1 for wan

**In 17.01.2 the apu uses**
  * eth0 for wan
  * eth1 for lan
  * eth2 for lan

Do we want to change this again?
I like the new interface binding. But I really dislike it, that it changed within a minor stable release.

I would like to revert the commit in 17.01. But will be there a 17.01.4 release?
