i don'T think so ...
this "3ginfo" package is only to get information about the modem ... nothing else ...

but if you are thinking it is related to this package, i will try to remove this package and retest ...

all other packages from lede trunk

well, i can check but i haven't seeen packages on LEDE for it.
and neither, i didn't had this issues on previous version, so that was the reason to report it (as it was working before fine)
