Details - 
after cloning the source and selecting desired packages, make download starts to download and when it reaches toolchain section some archives are downloaded at max 4Mbps.

tried to run make -j 7, it helped a bit, but the packages download does not start until last toolchain archive is finished downloading. depending on isp connection/routes this can happen with packages too.

please try to add an option for multi-segment resources download
