1. opkg install luci-app-acme acme
2. opkg remove luci-app-acme acme
3. "ACME certs" remains an option in the Services menu of luci

Not that it is relevant, but the following error shows when visiting that page:
/usr/lib/lua/luci/dispatcher.lua:460: Failed to execute cbi dispatcher target for entry '/admin/services/acme'.
The called action terminated with an exception:
