Details - I also opened this bug on the openwrt/telephony issue tracker on Github, but there is no response as of today:

The problem:

Target: Allwinner A1x/A20/A3x
Target Profile: Bananapi

Asterisk13 with SRTP can't be build due to a

install: cannot stat '/mnt/hdd/lede2/source/build_dir/target-arm_cortex-a8+vfpv3_musl-1.1.15_eabi/asterisk-13.9.1/ipkg-install/usr/lib/asterisk/modules/*res_srtp.so*': No such file or directory 

error. The same happens with Asterisk11. A more complete error message can be seen in the link above.

Building without SRTP works.
