[FS#428] openvpn missing /sbin/ip + possible solutions

Details - steps to reproduce:
1) install openvpn and ip-full
2) look at openvpn logs about missing /sbin/ip. (the path is visible also in openvpn binary)
3) look into /sbin/ - there is no "ip" binary or symlink
4) look into /usr/sbin/ - there is "ip" binary

My device zbt-wg3526 but this will be on all devices I think

Solution:
1) symlink ip into /sbin/
2) change path in the openvpn
