[FS#419] Packages missing in spanshots

So far it looks like https://git.lede-project.org/?p=source.git;a=commit;h=0e22d6377569cea4ba00b81d6ec64a1582a2cea4 has fixed things for packages with multiple variants (like wpad, wget, libustream etc.) and the packages are being compiled properly in buildbot again. 

But it will take time until all platforms have been compiled.

(Of the platforms mentioned, ipq806x has already the packages, and mvebu is being currently compiled in buildbot)
