Details - strongSwan optionally offers the mediation extension for charon which allows third parties behind NAT to connect to each other. This feature is part of charon and can not be compiled into a separate package.

Mediation support is enabled with --enable-mediation at configure time.

Please note that mediation support does not need medcli/medsrv. medcli/medsrv are used for managing mediation with a web frontend, but that's not part of this PR.
