Details - Right now our download facility doesn't set file names using the content-disposition header resulting is somewhat broken handling of downloads.

https://github.com/coova/coova-chilli/archive/1.4.tar.gz --> 1.4.tar.gz
https://codeload.github.com/coova/coova-chilli/tar.gz/1.4 --> 1.4

Telling wget to use --content-disposition switch --> coova-chilli-1.4.tar.gz

As a result we end up with clashing file names right now.
http://sources.lede-project.org/ .tar.gz and/or v.tar.gz depending on port
