[FS#539] Add "Prefix Delegation:" under WAN IPv6 on the status page in LuCI

Details - Because I can request a /60 prefix delegation from Comcast it would be handy to see if I *actually* got the /60 rather than the standard /64.

Something like adding the second line below on the status overview page:

Address: 2001:558:600a:78:1006:e061:b6c6:11e7/128
Prefix Delegation: 2601:601:8f00:6ae0::/60
Gateway: fe80::1edf:fff:fe02:37e2
DNS 1: 2001:558:feed::1
DNS 2: 2001:558:feed::2
Connected: 18h 14m 31s

(Or "Delegated Prefix:" or simply "Prefix", whatever seems most correct.)

Adding this information in the status listed under the Network, Interfaces for the IPv6 interfaces would be handy as well.

I eventually found the prefix delegation listed in the route table.

P.S. I request a /60 prefix delegation so I can assign a /64 each to my LAN and Guest networks.
