Hi guys, 

I have a TL-WR1043NDv1 running Reboot (17.01.0-rc2, r3131-42f3c1f)
Bizarre "sysctl -w vm.min_free_kbytes=0" help but it not work everytime.
With Openwrt 15.05.1 opkg run fine.

root at LEDE:~# opkg install tcpdump
