Found out following:
with RC2 i get wifi working if i remove d7800 from 

target/linux/ipq806x/base-files/etc/hotplug.d/firmware/11-ath10k-caldata

and delete the following files:

/lib/firmware/ath10k/cal-pci-0001:01:00.0.bin
/lib/firmware/ath10k/cal-pci-0000:01:00.0.bin

after a 
rmmod ath10k_pci
insmod ath10k_pci

or a reboot i got working wifi.

is somehow my art partition damaged?
