Details - i built my own lede for x86-64, it's 2017-02-09
# uname -a
Linux x 4.9.8 #0 SMP Wed Feb 8 09:40:38 2017 x86_64 GNU/Linux
source versoin: fd94fa6 2017-02-07
device Intel Atom D525
it seems to happen before kernel 4.9 (which was 4.4.39)

looks like FS#473 but not identical, i'm not sure
