[FS#472] 6to4 support with 1:1 nat

FS#472 - 6to4 support with 1:1 nat

"ipaddr" option is documented as "Local IPv4 endpoint address"
we can leave it as is but we need to override generation of 6to4 prefix
we need either specify "external_ip" or directly 2002: prefix
