[FS#465] kmodloader (ubox) Illegal intruction

With CONFIG_USE_MIPS16 is not set in .config, package will produce illegal instruction.

With CONFIG_USE_MIPS16=y set the kmodloader is functioning properly.

root at router:/tmp# ls -l kmodloader-*
-rwxr-xr-x    1 root     root         51200 Feb  7 23:13 kmodloader-bad
-rwxr-xr-x    1 root     root         47156 Feb  7 23:13 kmodloader-working
root at router:/tmp# ./kmodloader-working 
root at router:/tmp# ./kmodloader-bad 
Illegal instruction

Please let me know where to send/upload the bad binary? Thanks!
