Details - While attempting to build latest r3315 I noticed wshaper package to be unavailable.
luci-app-wshaper stated whshaper is a mandatory dependency.
Wshaper is not listed at https://lede-project.org/packages/pkgdata/wshaper anymore.

Any chance this is an oversight?

Is whsaper removal final?
