Again, it is not whether you think the channel is free, it is what the device detects. Detecting whether or not a channel is free is not foolproof and devices tend to err on the side of caution. There is nothing you can do about this.

I restate the observation that before your device also detected something that made it to abandon Ch 104. The only difference you observe, that it does so sooner.
