[FS#458] WNDR3700v4 5G Wireless Band B not working

The Location is set as GB - United Kingdom. Band B channels are allowed in GB.

I have the exact same wireless configuration on BT Home Hub 5 Type A (location also is GB) and Band B channels work fine so there is something wrong with WNDR3700v4.
