[FS#1218] collectd packages missing

The following task has a new comment added:

FS#1218 - collectd packages missing
User who did this - camel (camel)

pls delete - build was ongoing and now done. i have no clue why it was missing ..
anyhow ...
i have to reinstall because if opkg fail to DL which is having infos in packages, then it is wrong installed or missing parts and then it can't be started or missing dependencies :(
