openssl-util - 1.0.2m-1

Every openssl command I execute I get the same error, whatever is on the command line:
Error relocating /usr/bin/openssl: SSLv3_client_method: symbol not found
Error relocating /usr/bin/openssl: SSLv3_server_method: symbol not found
   
This makes openvpn and acme unusable
