Details - Supply the following if possible:
 - Device problem occurs on RAMIPS-MT7620 Xiaomi MiWiFi Mini
 - Software versions of LEDE release: Both 17.01.2 & Latest snapshot 
 - Steps to reproduce
  1. Fresh install 17.01.2 or Latest snapshot 
  2. opkg update && opkg install kmod-gre gre
  3. Configure a GRE Interface in /etc/config/network
  4. send some traffic through the gre tunnel
  5. ip -s link    Shows all TX traffic are dropped. Incoming traffic are OK
