I don't seen an issue here either.

The MiWiFi Mini has either one RGB LED or three different coloured status LEDs. The red status LED should blink during boot.

Hence the yellow and blue status LEDs do not have a default function, they are not listed at the mentioned LuCI page.

I wasn't able to find any kind of manual for the MiWiFi Mini to get an idea for which purpose the LEDs are used by the stock firmware.
