 - Steps to reproduce?

 use any version of OpenWrt/LEDE with CPU clocked at 620MHz from u-boot and DDR frequency is 206.33MHz (less than 200MHz with default CPU clock at 580MHz)

RAM chip used in this device is 800MHz DDR2 by default and that is exact value stock firmware is reporting in status page
