Below is my kernel boot log.  Compared to yours, it's almost the same, but where it takes 134 seconds for you, it takes 4 seconds for me.

Do you have the same issue with LEDE 17.01.2?  What about trunk images from the build bots, as opposed to an image you built yourself?
