[FS#746] dnsmasq-full should deselect dnsmasq

Details - When selecting package dnsmasq-full from make menuconfig I believe it should deselect package dnsmasq. They need to be mutually exclusive.

Otherwise this happens when selecting dnsmasq-full from an otherwise default config.
