Also " if i'm too slow at it the page will redirect to https... " does not sound like HTTP level redirects at all. Either it is your browser (SSL anywhere plugin, heuristics) or you use a custom theme which implements SSL redirects using meta tags or JavaScripts.

Please also provide the output of opkg list_installed | grep luci and cat /www/index.html
