I was unable to reproduce the issue on my target but could you give it a try with odhcpd commit c0e9dbfd8d49077d07d25a59662220d206943572 (https://git.lede-project.org/?p=project/odhcpd.git;a=commit;h=c0e9dbfd8d49077d07d25a59662220d206943572).
If this does not fix the problem could you attach the network and dhcp config; even better would be a gdb backtrace to narrow down the problem
