Running:

/etc/init.d/network restart

also causes termination of: softflowd, igmpproxy, as well as 2 instances of
	
{luci} /usr/bin/lua /www/cgi-bin/luci 

A reboot from LuCI is necessary

(It should be noted that dnsmasq reloads as well as dropbear; but the user is unable to connect to new SSH sessions. I have not been able to determine of the reloaded instance of dnsmasq is working as of this time.)
