[FS#719] make menuconfig display problem

Details - I have Ubuntu 16.04 (64bit) with requirements for buildroot installed.

After clone I ran **make defconfig**.

But **make menuconfig** looks unusable. No cursor, scrolling not updates GUI, menus seems broken too.

I tried terminator, gnome-terminal and xterm but behavior is same everywhere.
