additional, meanwhile i figured out, that the package:

kmod-usb-serial and kmod-usb-serial-wwan

seems to be existing in current lede firmware image. but if I'M using the included one, it would not create the /dev/ttyUSBx devices.
so when i force-reinstall the packages, then it is working but writes me on the instllation the errors as reported above.

so, something is strange or packages which are already now default are different and wrong.
luckily i can use the external packages to reinstall, gives few errors, but is working.
