Statefull and stateless is the default odhcpd IPv6 behavior.
I expect also an ULA based IPV6 address to be assigned which seems not to be the case according to your comments; so again as previously requested a dump of /tmp/hosts/odhcpd would be helpful.
If you put odhcpd in verbose mode it will also log the assigned IPV6 addresses to a host via logread.
To put odhcpd in verbose mode in R17.01.0 add -l 5 as argument to procd_set_param command /usr/sbin/odhcpd in the odhcpd init script
