Strange, if it works for the mt7621 it should work for the mt7620, since both are using the same cpu architecture and most (if not all) packages from https://github.com/openwrt/packages are only build once per cpu architecture. And indeed, the package is where I would expect it: https://downloads.lede-project.org/snapshots/packages/mips_24kc/packages/mc_4.8.19-1_mips_24kc.ipk.

Would you please provide the full opkg output.
