Hopefully I'm doing something wrong, because I tried [[https://git.lede-project.org/?p=source.git;a=commit;h=663145e419410876f6a962e7f3461ed73eb50831|663145e419410876f6a962e7f3461ed73eb50831]] with mt76 2016-09-15, and bandwidth maxes around 20 Mbps. It goes back to normal after reverting the last three mac80211 commits. I'm assuming mt76 2016-09-25 won't make a difference here.
