Make it easier for anyone who would like to work on the issue and add the logs to the ticket.

It is more a wild guess than knowledge, but the following lines:


[  271.444064] ath: skbuff alloc of size 2368 failed
[  271.500660] ath5k: phy0: can't alloc skbuff of size 2368


Seam to me related to an out of memory situation. Well and indeed the DLINK DIR-300 has only 16MB of ram which 
is the quite low for recent kernel versions.
