[FS#252] Memory leak in pppoe connection initialization

Please note that this only happens each time pppd is terminated and then restarted by ppp.sh . upon successful pppoe connection and until the next disconnect, memory usage is normal. (the already lost memory resulting of the memory leak however, never gets released).
