[FS#254] Build error with additional libustream library (check_data_file_clashes)

**Steps to reproduce:**
Select an additional libustream library (i.e. libustream-mbedtls) and start build process:    


Collected errors:
 * check_data_file_clashes: Package libustream-polarssl wants to install file /home/dirk/lede/x86-64_apu1/source/build_dir/target-x86_64_musl-1.1.15/root-x86/lib/libustream-ssl.so
	But that file is already provided by package  * libustream-mbedtls
 * opkg_install_cmd: Cannot install package libustream-polarssl.
 * check_data_file_clashes: Package libustream-polarssl wants to install file /home/dirk/lede/x86-64_apu1/source/build_dir/target-x86_64_musl-1.1.15/root-x86/lib/libustream-ssl.so
	But that file is already provided by package  * libustream-mbedtls
 * opkg_install_cmd: Cannot install package luci-ssl.
 * check_data_file_clashes: Package libustream-polarssl wants to install file /home/dirk/lede/x86-64_apu1/source/build_dir/target-x86_64_musl-1.1.15/root-x86/lib/libustream-ssl.so
	But that file is already provided by package  * libustream-mbedtls
 * opkg_install_cmd: Cannot install package cshark.
