TP-Link TL-WDR3600 (2.4Ghz radio)
Seeing the same on multiple Android (Qualcomm, various versions of Android) and iPhone-devices. Chromecast and laptop with Intel WiFi works fine on the same radio.

Haven't tested 5Ghz yet.
