[FS#34] WRT160NL wireless issues

LEDE Reboot 1949, TPLINK 1043ND v1.
wpad-mini wifi drops with light usage, clients stop seeing the AP.
hostapd still running and luci says wifi is up, but no clients are listed.

No more ACK messages, but also no other debugging messages on dmesg or logread.

Tried full hostapd, ath9k without DFS, no force reg-domain, same outcome. Debug always on.

Attached dumps from before and after failure of
/sys/kernel/debug/ieee80211/phy0/ath9k.
