Flashed todays snap with mac80211 changes baked in.
Same thing.
Tried with and without VLANs.
Tried with one or multiple SSIDs.
Changed channel same issue.
Changed bandwith from 40 to 20 MHz same results.

Got Archer C7 and with this build also C7 has problems.
Is ar71xx really not going to be supported anymore in near future?
People are reporting not working:

Archer C7 and C5
TL-WR1043N/ND v1
wzr-hp-g300nh
